The power of the motors and the rigidity of the OPTIMAX 1100 series, ensured by a generously dimensioned monobloc cast iron frame, allow for significant chip removal while guaranteeing exceptional stability. Access to the machining and adjustment area is facilitated by an optimal working height, combined with sheet metal that allows the operator to approach the spindle axis. These perfect conditions will enable you to fully leverage your tooling lathe to machine single-piece and prototype parts with the highest level of precision.
Made in France
Our range of teach-in lathes OPTIMAX 1100, descendants of the HB 800, is conceptualized and assembled in our workshop located in France by our machine tool experts.
Technology & Operator
Our software was invented by turners, for turners, with simplicity, ergonomics, and productivity as the key principles.
Support & training
Because CAZENEUVE values close relationships with its customers, we are committed to addressing your needs before, during, and after the installation of your machine by offering certified training programs.
Integrated safety
Highly committed to user safety, CAZENEUVE implements a reinforced safety protocol on its machines from the design stage. Compliance with the 2006/42/EC standard is ensured.

Demonstration
Our OPTIMAX 1100 learning lathe (or tooling lathe), the descendant of the legendary HB 800 conventional lathe, has retained the robustness of its predecessor while evolving in all areas. In particular, precision and ease of use have been improved with the aim of machining single parts and/or prototypes even more easily.
What better way to see this than with a video demonstration? Come to our workshop to see the full potential of the OPTIMAX 1100 parallel lathe, even more powerful than the conventional HB 800!
